Dormitory application is separate from admission: confirmation of vacation residence and meals

Receiving admission may not automatically confirm your dormitory occupancy. Please refer to Study in Korea's living and housing guidance and read your school's dormitory recruitment notice separately. By distinguishing between application, selection, payment, and move-in procedures, you can reduce the need to look for accommodation again right before arrival. Compare before applying Write down the number of people in the room, shared facilities, whether meals are included, and the location and cost of commuting to school. Please make sure that semester and vacation stays are separate. If you arrive early or leave late, it is a good idea to ask if you can check in or check out on that date. Preparing documents and rules Check the health and identity documents required by the school and the submission deadline. Rules for visitors, cooking, access and use of common areas may vary from school to school. Describe your lifestyle and the support you need, and find out in advance what terms are available. Move-in day Check the assigned building and room, key or access method, and facility malfunction reporting window. Record damaged items as instructed and check whether bedding and household items have been provided. When waiting for the results of your housing application, it is a good idea to also prepare an alternative housing plan to use in case you are not assigned. If you read the refund and early check-out regulations and keep the contract and payment information, it will be easy to check the costs later.
