When explaining a place you found on a foreign language map to a taxi driver or information staff, having the Korean name and address is helpful. Use the multilingual map of Seoul to check locations, and check the actual operation information along with the facility's official information. Since there may be multiple places with similar translated names, it is a good idea to keep addresses together rather than just one name.
Information to save
Write down the Korean place name, road name, address, nearest station or stop, and official contact information. If it's a large building, also check the floors and entrances you'll be visiting. When sending your group a meeting location, describing the exact entrance and exit with a map pin can help avoid waiting in different directions.
When moving
Check site signs and construction status to ensure that the route on the map is actually passable. Underground shopping malls and large transfer stations may be more complicated to navigate than the distances on the map, so allow some time. When asking for directions, it is more convenient to show the map screen and ask the question rather than handing over your cell phone.

“Can I go in through this entrance?”, “Can I walk from here?” Prepare short questions like: If you don't understand the answer, double-check the directions or exit numbers.
